"Teachers who love teaching teach children to love learning." -Robert John Meehan
Meet Miss Andie
Hello students and families! My name is Andie Grant. I was born and raised with my two older sisters just outside Ogden in a town called Farr West. In 2014 I graduated from Utah State University (go Aggies!) with a Bachelor's degree in K-6 Elementary Education. In 2020 I finished up my master's in Reading and Literacy at the University of Utah (go Utes!). In 2021 I earned an endorsement in teaching English as a Second Language. I am SO excited to be teaching First Grade at Woodrow Wilson for the eighth year! I love to read, bake treats, travel, play with my puppy, and do anything outside!
I've worked with all sorts of children ages 2-13, but my favorite by far has been the 1st Graders I've worked with. I love how much growth and learning can happen in just one short school year! I can't wait to get to know each and every one of you and help you achieve great things!
